After the recently abandoned ASEAN summit in Pattaya in April the Thai Government were taking no chances when the ASEAN Health Ministers met to discuss strategies to contain Swine Flu. Police and army units barricaded the hotel venue and blocked off nearby streets. Still, the troops and police were happy to have their photos taken!
